Field Staff Training Manager
We are seeking a Field Staff Training Manager to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC
. In this role you will collaborate with North American Disaster Relief leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and create training plans for all field staff. You will design, coordinate, and assist in implementing field staff training programs while providing direct leadership to the Training Officer and Training Coordinator.
A day in the life of a Field Staff Training Manager:
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
- Develop and implement a field staff training strategy aligned with ministry goals and needs.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and delivery of instructor-led, online, and blended training programs that align with core competencies and integrate in-person and on-the-job learning experiences.
- Continuously refine training programs based on evaluation data and operational feedback.
- Provide on-site or remote training support during deployments, program launches, or high-need periods.
- Maintain an up-to-date training database and training records for all field staff.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university and two (2) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design best practices.
- High degree of public speaking, written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to seamlessly move between both autonomous and collaborative environments; self‑motivated.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
- Builds trust quickly through professionalism, empathy and humble expertise.
- Proven ability to develop and execute detailed work plans and timelines.
- Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
