Club Academy Tutor

Under the supervision of the Director of Education, the Club Academy Tutor will administer all educational programs for the Club Academy program including Power Hour, Summer Brain Gain, Developmental Studies Center Curriculum, and one‑on‑one tutoring in Club.

• Program Development & Implementation:
  Assist in continued development of Club Academy program concepts, goals, objectives, and evaluation process.
• Maintain a fun, exciting, interactive environment in‑person and virtual.
• Implement incentive‑based programs and activities each week.
• Plan and execute all formal and informal recognition programs.
• Tutor members in school and after‑school at Club location.
• Collect and enter academic data for K‑5 Club Academy members.
• Submit academic data including report cards and DIBELS reports to supervisor throughout the year.

• At least one year of direct youth service experience and demonstrable record of planning and implementing youth programs; previous experience working with at‑risk youth preferred, as well as background in education.
• Candidate must pass drug test, criminal and driving record investigation.
• Work both indoors and virtual; ability to use variety of equipment; ability to stand extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, lift objects >25lbs; outdoor work and moderate physical demands may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company’s insurance policy.
