A locum practice in North Carolina is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to provide hospital call coverage for an established practice near Engelhard, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while enjoying a flexible work arrangement.

• Obstetrics & Gynecology

• MD, DO

• No J-1 or H-1B

• Every weekend from 7 am Friday to 7 am Monday through the end of the year.

• Hospital Privileges: Required
• Facility Size: 25-bed hospital
• Clinical Care: 100% inpatient
• Deliveries: Provider must be comfortable with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Response Time: Must respond to the hospital within 20 minutes
• Emergency Department: Low Volume (7 beds)
• EMR System: Epic EMR
• ICU Responsibilities: None
• Code Response: Not required

• If the locum provider covers for more than 6 months, the following certifications and evidence are required:
  • ALSO Certification: Current
  • AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring: Evidence of completion within the last 2 years
  • NRP Certification: Current
