Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery
• Valid state medical license
• Proven proficiency in routine and complex surgical procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple cases

• Experience with minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Participation in surgical research or clinical trials

• Completion of a General Surgery residency program
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency surgical practice
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewal
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts
• Travel and licensure reimbursements applicable when relevant
