Required Skills:

• Valid Medical License to Practice Surgery - General
• Proven proficiency in general surgical procedures
• Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of current surgical techniques and safety protocols

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgery
• Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages
• Previous work in fast-paced healthcare settings or trauma centers
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Surgery or General Surgery
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in general surgery

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all healthcare regulations
• Availability to start on or around January 13, 2026
• Willingness to participate in travel or relocations if required
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
