- Job Setting: Inpatient, Critical Access Hospital (21 beds)
- Types of Cases: Elective & emergency surgery
- Credentialing: Must show evidence of 60 inpatient cases in past 24 months; orientation required day before shift
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA
- Licensure: Active NC license
