Salary: $240,000 - $260,000/yr (negotiable based on experience)
Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Internist/Family Medicine Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Highlands, NC. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population while working in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Supplemental accident insurance coverage - Work Schedule: Full-time: 40 hours/week (36 clinical hours + administrative time);
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM;
Telehealth: 2 - 4 weekends per year for outpatient triage - Professional Growth: Collaborate with specialists in a multi-disciplinary setting.
- Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active North Carolina medical license.
- Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute/chronic conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans emphasizing preventive health and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
- Participate in telehealth triage services during designated weekends.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice standards.
- Mentor support staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
