A Mission Community Primary Care is looking for a Primary Care Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Cashiers, North Carolina.

This facility is seeking a board-certified physician with an active North Carolina license and DEA for an outpatient primary care role. Candidates without both will not be considered. The position is Monday-Friday with no call, requiring eligibility for Medicaid/Medicare participation. Patient load is 1418 per day, with support from a medical assistant and an additional primary care APP onsite. The practice uses Cerner EMR, follows a business casual dress code, and offers lab services next door but no imaging onsite.

The client prefers a provider committed to continuity of care, ideally long-term or with minimal turnover.
