A well-established dental practice just 20 minutes north of Greensboro is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays in a busy, mostly fee-for-service environment with the option to expand to a full-time role by working additional days at a sister practice nearby.

About the Role
You’ll work alongside a full-time partner dentist in a well-run, high-demand practice that values quality care and patient relationships. The office is predominantly fee-for-service with participation in only a few PPO plans, and no Medicaid. You’ll be supported by a strong clinical team and step into a consistent, loyal patient base.

Ideal Candidate

Comfortable seeing a steady flow of adult and family patients

Excellent communication and diagnostic skills

DDS/DMD from an accredited program

Open to working in multiple locations (if full-time desired)

• Competitive daily rate or base + production (negotiable based on experience)

Option for production-based pay with upside for busy days

Part-time schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

Option to add days at a nearby Winston-Salem location (Monday, Thursday, Friday) for a full-time schedule

Supportive, established clinical and front office team

• Fee-for-service focused strong patient relationships and minimal insurance restrictions

Two-doctor private practice

Busy schedule with consistent patient flow

PPO participation is minimal, primarily FFS

No Medicaid

Located in Madison, NC ~20 minutes from Greensboro
