Customer Service / Cashier – 14.00/hour – Fletcher Airport
Schedule & Compensation- Shifts:
5am‑3pm / 3pm‑1am - Paid training

The Ambassador Cashier greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. The spirit of the position is to provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude.

- Greet customers by name, take payments for parkers, assist with gate issues and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, developing rapport with the customer base.
- Assist customers while working onsite and in the parking office.
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude.
- Perform cashiering functions.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience- Strong customer service experience.
- Cashier experience is preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
