Customer Service Representative

This is a temporary to full-time potential on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mocksville, NC. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, support, order placement and ensure customer satisfaction. Tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer service process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
