The main requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and a customer‑service–oriented mindset. Customer Representatives need to speak with customers throughout their shift, so they must know how to deal with various customer‑related issues. They must also be well‑versed in product details, services, charges, and other related important information that the customer may need.
CSRs will also learn basic store operations, including but not limited to making pizzas and product control.
