Overview
Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car‑rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. The National/Alamo brand is looking to hire a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to provide superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offer company‑approved services and products to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
The position is full time, paid $16.50 per hour, located at The Asheville Airport: 61 Terminal Dr., Fletcher, NC 28732.

- Mon–Tue: 3:00 pm – 12:00 am
- Weds: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Thurs: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Fri–Sat: OFF
- Or
- Sundays–Fridays: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Sat: OFF
- Or
- Sundays–Saturdays: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (except Tue/Wed OFF)
- Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly
- Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and other services
- Use company‑approved sales and service techniques to identify customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment
- Offer customer assistance with directions, maps, local area information, and service info
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assist in assessing the condition of rentals upon return
- Notify management of customer or vehicle problems and required maintenance
- Continuously build knowledge and skills through on‑the‑job training and company‑sponsored classroom training
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned

Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to work at least one of the following shifts:
- Sunday – 3:00 pm – 12:00 am
- Mon–Tue – 3:00 pm – 12:00 am
- Weds – 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Thurs – 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Fri–Sat: OFF
- Or
- Mon–Fri: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Or
- Sun–Sat: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (except Tue/Wed OFF)
