About K-Flex USA: K-Flex USA is a leading manufacturer of elastomeric insulation products, committed to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our Sales team and serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers via phone, email, and customer portals with a strong sense of urgency
• Process orders, pricing requests, literature requests, dealer referrals, and technical inquiries
• Confirm order status and provide shipment information
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and internal departments to meet customer needs
• Process customer complaints, claims, credits, corrective invoices, and RMAs
• Participate in company training, including technical and professional development courses
• Maintain basic logistical knowledge related to customer orders

• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Docs
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Familiarity with ERP systems (M3 preferred) and EDI systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 10 lbs on a regular basis
