Our private country club is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee capital improvement and renovation projects across our facilities. From clubhouse enhancements to recreational amenities and infrastructure upgrades, this role plays a vital part in preserving and elevating the club experience for our members.
This position requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining seamless club operations throughout all phases of construction.
What You'll Do- Lead planning and execution of renovation and construction projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships
- Coordinate with club leadership, committees, architects, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Oversee quality control and maintain high finish standards
- Coordinate maintenance with department managers to minimize disruption to members and daily operations
- Create and execute a facilities management plan for ongoing maintenance of all club facilities
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Experience working in hospitality, recreational, or occupied facilities preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach

This position requires regular presence on construction and renovation sites across the club's facilities. The physical demands described below are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to walk construction sites and club grounds for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate uneven terrain or partially completed structures
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and reach while inspecting work areas
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry materials and equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to visually inspect work for quality and safety compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively in active construction environments
