• Prepare accurate, timely roofing estimates for commercial and industrial projects
• Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify scope, risks, and solutions
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth project handoff
• Solve problems proactively and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-first mindset
• Takes genuine pride in quality, accuracy, and professionalism
• Roofing or construction estimating experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
