• Estimating: Prepare detailed electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals using Accubid or similar software
• Analysis: Review drawings, specifications, blueprints, and one‑line diagrams to identify scope and risk
• Vendor Management: Source and manage vendor and subcontractor pricing; maintain strong industry relationships
• Strategy: Identify project risks, exclusions, and value‑engineering opportunities to improve bid competitiveness
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and field leadership; track bid outcomes and performance metrics
• Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members as needed

• Experience: 7–10+ years of electrical construction or estimating experience required
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEC, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
• Blueprint Proficiency: Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and one‑line diagrams
• Software: Experience with Accubid or comparable estimating platforms
• Skills: Highly detail‑oriented, organized, deadline‑driven, with strong communication skills
• Education: Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Licensing: NC Electrical License preferred; valid driver’s license required

• Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
