We are representing a nationally recognized general contractor with a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center projects across Virginia. As demand for high-capacity digital infrastructure continues to surge, this firm is expanding its project leadership team to deliver complex, fast-track builds for some of the world’s leading tech companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center projects — from preconstruction planning through commissioning and closeout
• Manage field operations, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and overall site execution
• Oversee schedule adherence, cost control, and contract compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, reporting, and expectations management
• Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, and internal departments to maintain project alignment
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Drive seamless execution through all phases of construction, including testing, commissioning, and final turnover

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years managing ground-up Hyperscale data center
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, fast-track builds with multiple stakeholders
• Strong command of scheduling, budget management, contracts, and field coordination
• Proficiency with construction platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Virginia as required for site oversight
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
