** Full-Time We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven
** Construction Project Specialist
** to support active construction projects. Ideal candidates will have a background in
** Mechanical or Civil Engineering (BSME or BSCE)
** and hands-on experience in the field. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of construction projects. Candidates must be living in PR at time of application.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities
* Assist with field inspections, quality control, and documentation
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams
* Monitor project progress and support issue resolution in real time
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
* Prepare reports, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation
*
* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering (BSME or BSCE)
* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification (required)
* 5 years of construction field experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and AutoCAD or similar
* Ability to work on-site and visit different project locations.
