• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating successful follow-through on deliverables
• Utilize agency management systems such as Applied Epic to enhance operational efficiency

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with agency management and related systems

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
