As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver outstanding service. We’re looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also enthusiastic about solving problems and ensuring our guests leave satisfied.

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve challenges and achieve exceptional results.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred;
  Master and L1 are a plus (or a plan to achieve).
• NC State Inspector License preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles.
• Willingness to work 40-50+ hours per week.
• Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes and vehicle systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and more.
• Diesel experience is helpful but not required.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• Must possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
