An employee in this class performs technical bookkeeping and fiscal‑clerical work within the High School. Work involves administration, data entry, and customer service.

• Receive all monies collected for the school and maintain funds in a locked facility until deposited to the bank.
• Receipt, secure, and deposit funds (cash and checks) in compliance with procedures.
• Record deposits received as online payments.
• Manage the online student fee payment portal.
• Inventory teachers' receipt books.
• Manage school purchasing and process invoices for payment.
• Complete end‑of‑month and calendar year‑end procedures.
• Store records in accordance with the NC State Record Retention Schedule.
• Process payroll and manage employee absences.
• Pick up mail daily from the Central Office and distribute it accordingly.
• Provide positive customer service as needed.
• Perform additional duties as designated by the Principal.
