Atlantic Staffing has an opening in Castle Hayne, NC for a Data Entry Clerk.
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for retrieving purchase orders from customer databases and systems, matching them to internal supply orders, and accurately entering data into a proprietary internal database. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:Retrieve and review purchase orders from customer databases and systems
Match customer purchase orders to internal supply orders
Accurately enter data into a proprietary internal database
Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency throughout the workday
Communicate effectively with internal teams as needed
Perform additional office-related duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required
Strong computer literacy and proficient typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
On-site at client facility in Castle Hayne, NC
$18.00+ per hour, depending on experience
