The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $15.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $15.00 USD - $22.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Understand and show guests how to use the Target App features, including Wallet; be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns following store policies and procedures; partner with Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with stocking during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-up orders, and returns while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Other duties based on business needs.
