We are looking for a Shift Leader.

Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help maintain the quality of food and beverages and keep a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career;

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
