Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities (HR Manager): (HR Manager):

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.
• Manage new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression.
• Oversee time and attendance tracking through Paycom, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Partner closely with the HR Generalist (benefits) and Accounting (payroll) teams to ensure efficient communication and process alignment.
• Continuously review and enhance HR processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications (HR Manager): (HR Manager):

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems;
  Paycom experience preferred.
