Pay Rate: $23-24.00/hour (Based on experience)

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth financial operations and first-class customer support. You’ll dive into the details of account resolution, cash application, and collections and your proactive, solution-oriented approach will help keep financial engine running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Accurately apply daily cash receipts
- Proactively review accounts and coordinate timely payment resolutions
- Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve collection issues
- Partner with our Customer Relations team to reduce delinquent accounts
- Escalate issues when necessary to speed up collection efforts
- Support other teams and projects as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in cash application, banking, or accounting
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with solid math and problem-solving abilities
- Confident, assertive, and ready to collaborate
- Comfortable using Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, formulas), Word, and financial software (experience with Microsoft Great Plains, Salesforce, Sage 300, etc. is a plus)
Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
