- Manage the full parts sales process – from technician inquiry to invoicing
- Partner with the Parts Manager to source and locate parts
- Process and track special orders
- Communicate order updates with customers and service advisors
- Notify customers when parts arrive
- Assist with stocking, shipping, receiving, and deliveries as needed
- Support e-commerce operations
- Deliver friendly, professional service every step of the way
