As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

• Manage the full parts sales process — from technician inquiry to invoicing

• Partner with the Parts Manager to source and locate parts

• Process and track special orders

• Communicate order updates with customers and service advisors

• Notify customers when parts arrive

• Assist with stocking, shipping, receiving, and deliveries as needed

• Support e-commerce operations

• Deliver friendly, professional service every step of the way
