Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Edina Realty is seeking a friendly, supportive Administrative Assistant to work Monday through Friday, 28 hours per week, in our North Branch, MN sales office. This is an in‑office position.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, process and review listing and sales contracts. Maintain files to ensure all changes generated are posted with copies and data entry provided for other entities as needed. Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all paperwork, record and maintain sold records and prepare and generate reports. Prepare and transfer earnest money.
Perform daily branch office operations which may include maintaining office appearance, distributing and processing mail, processing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining office supplies and forms. Answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and assist with client communications.
QualificationsEducation:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Secondary education preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years clerical or administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Wage: $18 – $19 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
