The Sales Representative will play a key role in our brand new Fife, WA location.
Our ideal candidate is a self starter who enjoys problem solving & working within a close knit, dynamic team. You will have ambition to grow into a long term career in a booming industry with the leading synthetic turf company in the PNW.
Requirements/Skills- Prior customer service and sales experience. Retail or B2B preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience in managing data.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and achieving ambitious goals.
- Sales:Complete retail & wholesale sales via phone, email & in person.
- Prospect & Lead Management:Responsible for prospecting initiatives & effective lead management for growing wholesale database.
- Customer Service:Address customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Self-Management:Ability to work independently as needed, problem-solve, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate:Work as a team to hit sales goals & exceed customer expectations. Maintain strong communication within Fife team & our Woodinville branch.
