Join our team at our company headquarters in Bothell! We’re seeking Call Center Agents to add to our inside sales center. We are a leader in the window industry and looking for like-minded individuals to join our growing organization. Harley Exteriors is an award winning with the Angi super service award for 11 years in a row. We are constantly growing and looking for new talent to add to our already amazing team.

$18 Hourly Pay PLUS an uncapped bonus averaging $650 to $1100.

This role will take place in-office at our headquarters in Bothell, Wa. We provide 3 weeks payed training to you started in this role. Ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

The Role
- What you’ll be Doing

What you’ll bring-The Person

• Meet or exceed incentive-base goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology.
• Actively make outbound phone calls to customers that have expressed interest in replacement windows, entry doors and maintenance free gutters. A successful Agent sells the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the the call to an appointment with our sales team.
• Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments.
• Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance.
• High school or equivalent experience
• Inside sales and/ or Call Center experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, and preferred experience preferred with Google Chrome.
• Able to multitask
• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
