Senior Research Scientist, ADME Bioanalytical
Bothell, Washington, United States
Company OverviewImmunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting‑edge therapies, including antibody‑drug conjugate therapies. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, a late‑clinical stage GSI; IM‑1021, a clinical‑stage ROR1 ADC; and IM‑3050, a FAP‑targeted radiotherapy that recently received IND clearance.
We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early‑stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.
The Senior Research Scientist will play a key role within Immunome’s ADME and bioanalytical function, supporting the advancement of Immunome’s preclinical programs—including ADCs and other targeted oncology modalities. This position will be responsible for developing and executing bioanalytical assays, performing quantitative LC‑MS/MS analyses, preparing and extracting samples from diverse biological matrices, and supporting method development for both small and large molecules in preclinical studies.
The scientist will independently evaluate data, troubleshoot instrumentation, contribute to bioanalytical strategy, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams. This role will also support externalized studies by preparing method transfer documentation and reviewing CRO data packages in support of regulated preclinical studies.

- Develop and optimize bioanalytical methods for ADCs and other modalities within preclinical settings.
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot chromatography and mass spectrometry instrumentation.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate electronic laboratory notebook in accordance with ALCOA+ principles.
- Evaluate bioanalytical data to support ADME studies and early research activities.
- Support pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and stability evaluations.
- Interpret and communicate bioanalytical results to the ADME group and cross‑functional project teams.
- Prioritize responsibilities effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving timelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align bioanalytical strategies with early research and translational objectives.
- Assist in managing outsourced bioanalytical studies, including preparation of method transfer packages and review of method validation and sample analysis reports for regulated preclinical studies.
- Bachelor’s with a minimum of 5 years or Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in bioanalytical and/or analytical chemistry.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidance and industry best practice for LC‑MS analysis of large and small molecules.
- Demonstrated expertise in LC‑MS/MS for quantitative analysis from complex biological matrices using protein precipitation, solid‑phase extraction, immunoprecipitation, or related techniques.
- Experience with quality and statistical evaluation of data using Sciex OS, Protein Metrics, Excel, Graph Pad Prism, Chem Draw, and/or Skyline.
- Experience managing outsourced bioanalytical studies, including preparation of method transfer packages and review of method validation and sample analysis reports for regulated preclinical studies.
- Strong technical expertise in LC‑MS/MS operation, troubleshooting, and method development.
- Solid understanding of ADME principles, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and bioanalytical workflows.
