We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic with strong experience in 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role requiring independent diagnostics and repair of production-critical machinery.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Diagnose motor control circuits, contractors, overloads, relays, and VFDs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
- Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, and alignment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and inspections.
- Perform root cause analysis to reduce equipment downtime.
- Document repairs in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Experience with 480V electrical systems and motor controls.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.
