The Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse operations within a cGMP-regulated biologics/cell therapy manufacturing environment
. This role ensures proper receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory control of materials in compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards.

• Receive, inspect, and distribute materials in a cGMP warehouse
• Perform order picking, pulling, and issuance of materials to manufacturing
• Conduct cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
• Handle lot/batch-controlled materials with strict traceability
• Manage rejected and expired material disposition
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Maintain controlled temperature and humidity storage conditions
• Support pest control monitoring and environmental compliance
• Accurately document all transactions in ERP/MRP systems
• Follow SOPs and maintain audit-ready documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science discipline OR equivalent work experience
• 0–3 years of experience in a cGMP warehouse environment
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, biologics, or cell therapy industry
• Strong understanding of FDA and cGMP regulations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Cycle counting
  • Lot/batch handling
  • Inventory control
  • Order picking/pulling
• Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)

• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Knowledge of APICS best practices
• Experience working in temperature-controlled storage environments (2–8 °C, freezer, etc.)
