Pay Details$23.00 - $27.00 hourly
ScheduleTuesday through Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM (on call as needed)

- Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community following company operating and safety standards.
- Thoroughly complete work orders within the expected time frame according to company policy.
- Prepare make‑ready apartment homes—including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs—according to company unit turn policies and standards.
- Clean and remove contents from vacated apartment homes, including physical evictions, and document abandoned belongings per policy.
- Maintain community grounds, pool and spa, common areas, trash compactor, pet stations, controlled access buildings, and amenities to keep areas clean, operational, and safe for all residents and guests.
- Perform regular lighting checks and repairs.
- Maintain safety records using company software, ensuring timely completion of service requests, pool safety logs, and other documentation as directed.
- Ensure proper testing and maintenance of community pumps, boilers, fire control systems, backup generators, and smoke/CO detectors as directed.
- Assist in regular inspections of the community, including pre‑move‑out and move‑out inspections and preventative maintenance inspections.
- Respond promptly and professionally to after‑hours emergency calls as assigned.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workshop and utility rooms, adhering to all company safety and OSHA requirements.
- Perform supplemental landscape maintenance—including pressure washing, irrigation repairs, and lawn watering—to keep common areas properly maintained.
- Remove snow and ice when and where applicable during inclement weather as directed.
