- Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within a hybrid work environment located in Bothell, WA, USA.
- Develop detailed project plans, effectively allocating resources and setting timetables to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Liaise between various stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure alignment on project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring everyone remains informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and leverage frameworks to monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Oversee risk management processes, identifying and resolving issues to minimize project impacts.
- Conduct regular status meetings and updates, providing visibility into project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into project timelines, guaranteeing that outcomes meet or exceed standards.
- Proven experience in managing technical projects with a strong focus on processes and objectives.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage a heavy workload with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting technical information and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in a hybrid work setting, with flexibility to adapt between on-site and remote collaborations.
- Competency in using project management software and tools to monitor and report on project progress.
- Drive the coordination and completion of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Design and implement detailed project schedules and work plans, adjusting priorities and resources as needed to meet changing project needs.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Engage with teams to develop sustainable solutions and drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration, and sharing knowledge effectively across the organization.
- Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, presentations, and analysis to the project stakeholders, steering teams, and sponsors.
