Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Bothell, WA, involves working as an Inside Loan Officer. Responsibilities include assisting clients with loan applications, facilitating smooth loan origination and underwriting processes, and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage journey. The role requires strong collaboration with the team to identify suitable financing options and ensure compliance with lending regulations. Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Loan Origination and a solid understanding of the responsibilities of Loan Officers
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and expertise in the Underwriting process
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred but not required
