Role Summary

Cinnamon is seeking a highly organized, proactive HR & Office Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Seattle office and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well‑run workplace experience.

This role is highly hands‑on and requires a strong in‑person presence. The Office Manager will be responsible for facilities, vendors, supplies, and office logistics, while also partnering with internal teams to support onboarding, events, and general operational needs. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping the office running efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Workplace Experience
  • Oversee daily operations of the Seattle office, ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and fully functional workspace
  • Manage office supplies, food, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and service providers including internet, maintenance, and cleaning services
  • Own facilities requests, office improvements, and workspace setup as the company grows
  • Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, candidates, and visitors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office‑related needs
  • Partner with HR to support onboarding logistics, including workspace preparation and office orientation
Employee & Visitor Experience
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for employees, candidates, and visitors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office‑related questions and needs
  • Support onboarding for Seattle‑based employees in partnership with HR, including workspace setup and office orientation
HR & People Operations Support
  • Partner with the Director of HR to support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including new hire paperwork coordination, workspace setup, badge/access provisioning, and equipment distribution
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date employee files and office compliance documents in partnership with HR
  • Assist with I‑9 verification coordination and ensure timely completion of required documentation
  • Support benefits administration logistics, including distributing materials and assisting employees with basic questions
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications
  • Track and order employee equipment and office‑related technology in collaboration with HR and IT
  • Support interview scheduling and onsite candidate experience as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive documentation
Events & Culture Support
  • Plan and execute in‑office events, team gatherings, and occasional client‑facing events
  • Support company culture initiatives through thoughtful office experiences and logistics
General Operations Support
  • Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Operations, and Leadership to support day‑to‑day needs
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Identify and implement process improvements related to office operations and facilities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, or similar role
  • Experience supporting an in‑person office in a fast‑paced or growing environment
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing vendors, facilities, and operational logistics independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and common office tools
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
