Summer Intern

This summer, JOOLA is offering a dynamic internship for current juniors and seniors to gain hands‑on experience in business development. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth strategies, analyze market trends, and support projects that blend sports, tech, fashion, and commerce. This role is perfect for students eager to apply their academic expertise to real‑world challenges in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

For Business & Data Analytics Students:

• Support A/B testing initiatives across Shopify and mobile app platforms to validate growth hypotheses
• Analyze acquisition, engagement, and checkout funnels to identify conversion and revenue opportunities
• Work with BI to evaluate customer trends, feature adoption, and sales performance
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams
• Assist in building dashboards and performance reports to support decision‑making

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the pickleball and sporting goods industry
• Support digital campaign launches, product releases, and seasonal promotions
• Assist in planning and executing tournaments, trade shows, demo days, and community marketing events
• Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and on‑site brand activations
• Support sales initiatives through lead tracking, CRM updates, and post‑event follow‑ups
• Measure campaign and event ROI, customer engagement, and brand exposure metrics
• Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to drive revenue opportunities

• Assist in user research, usability testing, and customer feedback analysis
• Translate research findings into design improvements and user journey optimizations
• Create promotional banners, homepage graphics, landing page visuals, and in‑app creatives
• Support optimization of site layout, PDP pages, and checkout experiences

• Improve technical SEO, site speed, and accessibility standards
• Support secure payment integrations and platform compliance (Shopify, Apple, Google)
• Assist in implementing site enhancements and testing new features
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve scalability and performance

• Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in eCommerce, digital growth, and the sports industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Shopify, analytics tools, or basic coding is a plus
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
• Able to work in‑person the whole internship duration

• Prior internship experience in business development, sales, or tech roles.
• Familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL) or CAD software (for Engineering/IT candidates).
• Knowledge of pickleball, racquet sports, or retail markets.
• Hands‑on exposure to real‑world digital growth and sports business strategy
