Position: IT Administrator with Security Clearance
Job description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with hands-on experience in Ubiquiti Uni Fi network systems to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our company's IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Ubiquiti Uni Fi hardware and software solutions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless network performance, security, and user support across all office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Ubiquiti Uni Fi network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Implement security protocols and access controls to safeguard organizational data.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provide technical support to end-users.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize network solutions and improve system performance.
• Document network configurations, processes, and maintain IT inventory.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices, especially within the Ubiquiti Uni Fi ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Ubiquiti Uni Fi networks.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with network security practices and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Ubiquiti certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
