Senior Recruiting Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a growing, multi‑site provider of health‑care services looking to add a Senior Recruiting Manager to improve recruiting and talent acquisition operations. The position is preferably based in the Washington, DC / Maryland area. Multi‑site recruitment leadership experience in the healthcare industry is required. We are looking for a hands‑on, tech‑savvy, data‑driven individual who can improve processes and increase hiring volume.

This is an in‑office role with potential for hybrid scheduling.

• Multi‑site, high‑volume recruiting leadership experience in the healthcare industry (Home Health, Home Care, Behavioral Health, Applied Behavioral Analysis/ABA, Mental Health, or similar).
• Track record of team development and process improvement.

• Day‑to‑day oversight of talent acquisition operations and recruitment team.
• Develop and implement strategies for attracting candidates and increasing the candidate pipeline.
• Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage recruitment tools and vendors to ensure maximum performance and alignment with business goals.
