OverviewSodexo has a career opportunity for a Financial Analyst 2, Supply Finance
. This position is responsible for managing financial reporting for a Finance function within Supply Chain Purchasing Support. In this position you will develop, prepare, and analyze swap value and providing regular updates to key internal stakeholders. Analyzes, reviews, and recommends process improvement. May participate in projects to enhance internal and/or external financial reporting capabilities. Develop internal and/or external relationships to ensure maintenance and delivery of financial reports, statements, and information.
Contributes to the tactical direction of the financial reporting function. The role will have a focus on product swap data, analysis, and reporting.
- Work with US and Global Supply Management groups to provide financial support to all facets of the business including spend analysis, RFPs, eProcurement, participation on sub-committees to develop policies and diverse spend reporting
- Manage and process miscellaneous analysis related to North American (NORAM) and Group Supply Chain activity including strategic sourcing support to drive overall NORAM value
- Ensure integrity of business line internal financial reporting
- Work in a team environment to ensure department deadlines are met
- Work pro-actively to prevent problems, identify and implement innovative solutions
- Maintain company databases as necessary
- Foster cooperation toward achieving department and organizational goals
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
