After a hugely successful 2025 season, we are looking to expand our culinary team and are searching for a talented Pastry Chef to join to join our high-quality kitchen team from spring 2026.

We are looking for someone with a passion for desserts and confectionary, focused on delivering the best experience possible for our Members and Guests and is eager to learn and challenge themselves.

What you’ll be doing in this role:
  • Overseeing the pastry section, ensuring that preparation, timing, and presentation align with service demands.
  • Having a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage.
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for our Members and Guests.
  • Sourcing and selecting top-quality ingredients to enhance flavours, textures, and overall dessert quality.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to ensure desserts complement and align with the kitchen’s overall concept.
  • Upholding strict food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
