Security Officer - Flex Armed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of commercial property interiors, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, summoning law enforcement and/or medical assistance, and documenting actions taken.;
Monitor access control points and building activity, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with visitor management and contractor check-in processes.;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate updates to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
