-1 [Kitchen Staff / Food Prep] As a Cook's Helper at Hackensack Meridian Health, you'll:
Assist on a daily basis in cutting, washing and preparing of meats and vegetables for cooking;
Prepare on a daily basis all cold foods in bulk, such as tuna fish, chicken salad, egg salad for cafeteria and patients;
Set-up and clean on a daily basis all produce, vegetables and fresh fruit for the salad bar;
Prepare on a daily basis all jellos, puddings and custards for patient and cafeteria use;
Cook off on a daily basis all roasted meats for patient and cafeteria use.
