Hudsonview Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare provides the following pay ranges:

Base pay range: $ / yr – $ / yr

Full‑time salary: $166,400 – $187,200 per year

Part‑time pay rate: $80 – $90 per hour

Hudson View Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Hudson County, NJ. This role focuses on providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care in post‑acute and long‑term care settings, collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team to drive excellent patient outcomes.

• Clinical Care:
  Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop and manage complex care plans.
• Documentation:
  Accurately document all patient encounters and treatments using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Collaboration:
  
  Work seamlessly with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communication:
  Serve as a key communicator with patients’ families and support systems.
• Participation:
  Attend facility meetings and actively contribute to care planning discussions.
• Standards:
  Maintain the highest level of professionalism and uphold Hudson View Center’s commitment to clinical excellence.

• Education:
  
  Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure:
  Active New Jersey APN and RN Licenses.
• Certifications:
  
  Active DEA, CDS, and BLS certifications.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Expertise:
  Proven experience managing elderly patients and complex medical conditions.
• Tech:
  Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

• Experience in post‑acute care environments.
• Strong procedural skills, including IV insertion, G‑tube replacements, wound care, and suture/staple removal.
