Experience

Required:

3-5 years in metal fabrication

• Read and interpret work orders, and technical drawings.
• Cut, bend, and shape metal components using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding and other welding processes as needed.
• Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and drills.
• Assemble parts and structures to exact specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of proven experience as a fabricator, welder, or similar role.

  Skills:
  
  Proficient in MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and general fabrication methods.
• Blueprint Reading:
  Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Attention to Detail:
  Capable of producing precise, high-quality work.

  Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Team Player:
  Willingness to collaborate and support a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work safely in a shop setting.
