We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Associate at our North Bend, WA store. In this on-site role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting sunglasses that match their preferences and needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, organizing displays, handling transactions, managing inventory, and meeting sales goals.

You will also play an active part in supporting promotional activities and building lasting relationships with customers.

• Sales and retail experience, including achieving sales goals and upselling to meet targets.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for fashion, eyewear, and the Sunglass Hut brand is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
