We are currently seeking dynamic, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to provide an exceptional buying experience for our customers and help them find the best vehicle options.

• Prospect for new clients and establish long-term customer relationships
• Engage with customers to determine their vehicle needs through active listening and asking insightful questions
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to highlight the features and benefits of our vehicles
• Guide customers through every aspect of the sales process, from selection to delivery
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and meeting sales performance targets
• Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand product knowledge to better serve our customers
• Collaborate with management and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Build rapport with customers and earn their trust through empathy, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication

• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Active listening to understand and meet customer needs
• Strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and guide customers in their purchasing decisions
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
• Empathy and a genuine passion for cars, creating a positive buying experience
• Negotiation skills to handle pricing and deal terms effectively
• Customer-centric approach ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire sales process
• Persistence and adaptability to overcome challenges and meet changing demands

• Desire to exceed customer expectations and provide top-tier service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional personal appearance and a positive attitude
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates

• Pay range for this position: $45,000 - $200,000.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
• Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA. Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.
• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
